Orders are shipped in a discreet plain cardboard box. The only writing on the box is your address and the return name and address of the sender. There are no markings on the box noting what is inside and the return address will be a name (example: Joe Smith) and address. There will be no indication that the package came from www.buy-herb-grinders.com.

We only ship to the United States and require a PayPal account to pay for your order. PayPal allows you to take money from your bank account or credit card and pay for various goods and services. A PayPal account is free and charges are paid by the seller (us). You (the buyer) do not pay anything to use PayPal when making a purchase.

If you want an order shipped to an address other than your confirmed PayPal address, we will email the address associated with your PayPal account to get confirmation from you. This is to ensure that someone other than the owner of the PayPal account doesn't gain access, and have things sent to their address.

Pay only $3 shipping no matter how large your order is. Buy 1 item or buy 100 and pay one low $3 shipping charge. This includes regular USPS shipping addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Insurance is included in the cost of the items you buy, if your order is lost or stolen in transit, we'll re-ship you another order free.

Premium products carry a 5 year warranty against defects in workmanship. All our other aluminum products carry a 3 year warranty against defects in workmanship. This applies to any damage that occurs through regular use and is not incurred through abuse or accident (throwing, dropping, or any other damaged that did not result from regular use).
